If rumours are to be believed, Europe could have been on Kanye West's tour schedule for next year - meaning that Irish fans may have had a chance to see the rapper playing here for the first time since 2014.

There is speculation in the US press that West cancelled a planned European tour after his recent breakdown, but his camp claim that no dates were ever confirmed, so there was no 'cancellation', as such.

TMZ, however, report that he had planned to bring the Saint Pablo tour to Paris, Germany and the UK amongst other countries - but a source told Billboard: "The tour was never confirmed -- so there was nothing to cancel."

In addition, promoters LiveNation added: "Kanye West’s SAINT PABLO TOUR never had a confirmed European leg. As such, there were no dates to cancel."

Will European audiences ever get a chance to see the Saint Pablo tour in person? Looks like that remains to be seen...
