It's one of the most iconic films ever about music, dancing and particularly disco culture - and now the actual dancefloor used in 'Saturday Night Fever' is up for auction.

The light-up dancefloor, which John Travolta famously sashayed across in the 1977 film, measures 24 feet by 16 feet and is up for auction between June 26th and 28th as part of the Profiles in History Hollywood Auction.

There's just one catch: it's expected to fetch between $1 million and $1.5 million.

Still, if there are any Irish publicans interested, we'd happily chip in a tenner for the opportunity to strut our stuff on a slice of history. We can see it going down well someplace like... oh, I dunno... Copper's?
