Over the past few years, The Riptide Movement have gone from Grafton Street buskers to one of the biggest bands on the Irish music scene, thanks to their clutch of hits on latest album 'Getting Through'.

Last weekend they went down a storm at Electric Picnic and now the Lucan foursome have been forced to add an extra date to their Dublin stop-off at Whelan's in December.

They'll now play Saturday, December 12th as well as the previously-announced Friday 11th, which a "very limited" number of tickets remain on sale for.

Tickets for the extra date are €22.90 including booking fee, and on sale now.
