A number of musicians and bands have undertaken residencies in Las Vegas, from Elton John to Celine Dion to Cher and most recently, Britney Spears.

Now, it seems like Take That are set to follow in their footsteps as it's been confirmed that the Manchester boyband manband have signed a deal for a residency in the city of vice.

The boyband, who are now down to a trio, never quite managed to crack the States - but they'll be hoping that after 25 years in the business, this Vegas residency will boost their profile.

The Sun broke the story, quoting a source that said: "Vegas promoters believe Take That put on such a great spectacle that they can deliver in Vegas. Brits are bound to lap up seeing them on foreign soil but there’s also hope the band will attract a completely new fanbase from abroad."

Now, Gary Barlow has confirmed that they'll start playing Vegas in summer 2017.
