After endless rumours and speculation Take That have finally announced that they have reunited with former member Robbie Williams for an upcoming album and tour.

The band issued an official statement via their website, in which Williams admitted, "I get embarrassingly excited when the five of us are in a room. It feels like coming home".

Earlier this year, Robbie fuelled the rumours by performing alongside Gary Barlow at a Children In Need concert, as well as announcing plans to release a duet with the band's primary songwriter in October.

Meanwhile, Mark Owen's comment reads, "Getting the five of us to be in a room together, although always a dream, never actually seemed like becoming a reality. Now the reality of the five of us making a record together feels like a dream. It's been an absolute delight spending time with Rob again. But I'm still a better footballer".

Jason Orange also express his excitement about the reunion.
"Flippin' brilliant, absolutely brilliant. I'm over the moon that Robbie's back with us, however long it lasts. I just want to enjoy our time with him. Life is beautifully strange sometimes".

The statement went on to say that the five members of Take That wrote and recorded six new songs in secret after reuniting in New York during Take That's 'The Circus Live' tour last year. They have since finished work on a new album with the help of producer Stuart Price (Madonna, Kylie). The as yet untitled album is slated for a November release.

About bloody time. Just look at 'em, they're so happy. Nyawwww.
