Susan Boyle in the hunt for a Grammy ahead of Grand Canal Theatre performance
10 February 2012Ahead of her eagerly anticipated performance in the musical based on her life story, I Dreamed a Dream Susan Boyle is nominated at this Sunday’s prestigious 54th annual Grammy Awards. Susan Boyle set to go up against world renowned singers Tony Bennett and Barbara Streisand.The 49-year-old Scottish singer is nominated in the Best Traditional Vocal Pop Album category for second album The Gift, which was released last November. Irish fans of Susan now have not got long to wait before she arrives on our shores to make her Irish theatre debut where she will take to the stage in Grand Canal Theatre for an exclusive set f performances in I Dreamed a Dream: The Susan Boyle Story taking place from 24th – 28th April 2012.
