'The Song Diaries Tour' brings Sophie Ellis-Bextor back to Dublin, when she'll finish off her tour by playing Vicar Street on Thursday 13th June 2019.

In what sounds like an epic performance, Ellis-Bextor will be accompanied on her tour with a full orchestra and band while she gives it socks to hits like 'Murder on the Dancefloor' and 'Mixed up World'. She also plans on throwing in some disco classics along the way, so here's hoping that 'Groovejet' will be on the bill too.

The tour plans to head all over the UK in 2019, with her one night in Dublin being her final stop. In preparation for the tour, Ellis-Bextor is planning on releasing a very special 'Orchestral Greatest Hits' album in 2019. You can listen to her first single to be released from the album, 'Love is You', here

Sophie has said "it’s so exciting to be performing hits from my entire career with full orchestral arrangements for the first time! This is a bit of a dream come true".

Tickets for 'The Song Diaries Tour' go on sale this Friday 28th September at 9am from all of the usual outlets.
