When one of rap's biggest players - not to mention the owner of a major streaming service, TIDAL - tells you that he can make you a star, you're probably going to sit up and pay attention.

Something tells us that his former bandmate Zayn Malik will possibly be seething at the very idea of Jay Z working with Harry Styles, but the Brooklyn rapper apparently said that he can make the boyband star 'the biggest artist in the world' within a year.

He told the Daily Star Sunday: "Harry doesn’t need any help with exposure; everybody in the world knows who he is. But he does need to make the transition from being part of a group to becoming an individual artist.”

He added: "I can get him working with the bigger artists, the biggest producers – and have him as the biggest artist in the world within a year.”

This follows on from the news that Styles has already registered a number of solo songs with the ASCAP. It could be a very interesting 2016 - if you're into that kind of stuff...
