Dolores O'Riordan will be laid to rest in her native Limerick today, and a number of radio stations across the country plan to honour the Cranberries frontwomen by playing one of her songs at the same time.

'When You're Gone', which was originally released on the band's 1996 album 'To the Faithful Departed', will be played across the Irish airwaves at midday.

O'Riordan passed away last week in London, where she was recording new material with her band D.A.R.K.

Since her death, tributes have flooded in from all corners of the world, with many paying testament to her unique voice and her skill as a songwriter.

Her funeral will take place at St. Ailbe's Church at Limerick at 11.30am, with a huge crowd expected to pay tribute to the 46-year-old.
