Promoters for Justin Bieber's Dublin gigs - the first of which took place at the 3Arena last night - have warned against fans buying tickets from unreliable sources and unofficial re-sale sites after a number of fans were turned away last night.

Aiken Promotions issued a statement saying: "Aiken Promotions today again strongly advised people not to purchase tickets from any unofficial source as they may not be genuine and you run the risk of not gaining entry to the shows.

"Last night, for the first night of Justin Bieber’s Purpose World Tour in Dublin, numerous people arrived with bogus/ invalid tickets which had been bought via various different online resale sites. Purchasing from these sites can result in huge financial loss and disappointment for fans who may arrive at the venue only to be refused entry without recourse.

"Aiken Promotions have urged people to buy via Ticketmaster.ie and their official retail outlets only."

No queuing allowed until 6pm on the day of the show.

Under 16s will not be permitted in the venue without an accompanying adult.

Under 14s are not permitted in the general admission/standing area.
