With the release of his 30th studio album 'Blood Red Roses' next week, Rod Stewart has announced he will hit Cork in 2019, playing Páirc Uí Chaoimh on Saturday 25th May.

If you've gotten over the fact that Rod has released nearly 30 albums in his career, you can get your tickets to his Cork gig when they go on sale at 9am Thursday 27th September from all usual outlets.

Pre-sale tickets will go on sale at 10am Tuesday 25th September. Pre-ordering Rod's new album 'Blood Red Roses' from the Rod Stewart Official Store grants you access to the pre-sale tickets.

'Blood Red Roses' goes on sale next Friday 28th September, so you better get that album pre-ordered soon to increase your chances of securing your tickets.

This will be the Scotsman’s first return to Ireland in three years following the success of two sold-out tours in 2016 – 'The Hits Stadium Tour', and the arena tour 'From Gasoline Alley to Another Country Hits'.

Concert-goers will also be treated to tracks from his soon to be released new album 'Blood Red Roses' - a collection of originals and three covers including ‘Grace’ – which is released almost 50 years to the date from when he signed his very first solo recording contract.
