There's no question that even for celebs and famous people who may be earning a lot of money to do so, being on the road, away from home and giving an intense, 100% live performance every night is no easy task.

Adele has just completed her mammoth 10-month world tour - which may be her last in a long time, if rumours are to be believed - which wound up yesterday, November 21st, in Phoenix, Arizona. The tour had started in Belfast on February 29th, taking in a total of 107 shows over that time.

She's planning another jaunt to Australia and New Zealand in early 2017, but for now, the tour is over - and she wrote a sweet thank-you note to her fans on Instagram, sharing a picture of a banner that her son Angelo had made for her.

It was captioned: "I just finished my 107 shows in 10 months. 100% live every night. I bloody smashed it, even if I do say so myself. You lot have been incredible, every night you've been so beautiful, loving and engaged. My band and my crew you made the whole thing turn. And my beautiful family made it easy for me to do. Big love x"
