If nothing else, Noel Gallagher can never be accused of withholding his opinion on any subject.

In fact, there probably isn't a topic on the face of the Earth that he or his brother don't have something to say about, but when it comes to the topic of reunion tours - specifically, an Oasis reunion tour - it's a little bit more complicated.

In an interview with Australian outlet Music Feeds, the elder Gallagher was asked if the likes of Guns N' Roses and their reunion tour was a tempting proposition for him - especially considering the huge amount of money they made from it.

Gallagher's response? Scathing, to say the least. "Well, if Axl Rose or Slash or any of those guys were as good as me, they wouldn’t fuckin’ be in Guns N’ Roses."

"Well I’ve conquered the world enough, I’ve got enough money. In fact I’ve got too much fuckin’ money... I don’t need any more glory, I don’t need to be a stadium rocker anymore, I did it when I was in my 20s and 30s and 40s and I was good at it. I don’t particularly want to be a stadium rocker when I’m 50, I think it’s undignified."

So, there you have it. Noel Gallagher - for the moment, anyway - isn't doing a stadium reunion tour with Oasis or anyone else for that matter. You can read the full interview here.
