Damien Rice has contributed two new songs to the soundtrack of new animated movie 'Kahlil Gibran's 'The Prophet''.

As the title suggests, the film is an adaptation of the 1923 collection of essays and prose poetry by Lebanese artist Kahlil Gibran.

Rice is not the only Irish artist to have contributed to the soundtrack, either: Glen Hansard and Lisa Hannigan also feature, alongside famed cellist Yo-Yo Ma and a score by Oscar-winning composer Gabriel Yared.

'Hypnosis' was composed specifically for the film, and you can hear it below. The soundtrack is released on July 31st and Rice plays three Irish dates (Dublin - July 12th, Cork - July 13th and Galway - July 16th) next month.
