Florence & the Machine released their last album just last year, but they've been busy in the studio since then working on a very different project.

The band, led by Florence Welch, have contributed three new songs to the soundtrack of the latest installment in the 'Final Fantasy' video game series, 'Final Fantasy XV'.

Two of them - 'Too Much is Never Enough' and 'I Will Be'  - are new tracks, while the third is a cover of Ben E. King's classic, 'Stand By Me'.

Welch said that she was inspired by a two-hour programme on Classic FM that featured classical music in video games, saying "It was so inspiring and a whole scope of music that I didn’t know about. It was really fascinating, the music was incredibly beautiful and emotional and I took it as a sort of sign, to see what I can do in this medium."
