So, you thought you'd seen the last of Brian McFadden, eh? Well, think again - because the former Westlife star is on the comeback trail.
McFadden's solo career has been quiet in recent years, despite his last album 'The Irish Connection' - a covers album of songs by Irish artists - being released not too long ago in 2013.
It's been significantly longer since he's had a hit, but no doubt hoping that'll change with 'Call on Me Brother' being released on September 25th. McFadden co-wrote the song with Jamie Cullum's brother, Ben.
"It’s great to be releasing new music again," he said. "I’ve been back in the studio writing & recording this year, so being able to release ‘Call On Me Brother’ and my ITV series ‘Who’s Doing The Dishes’ coming back on air soon, it’s going to be an exciting few months ahead….not to mention the live shows later in the year!"
Oh yes - he'll be playing live dates in Dublin and London, with dates TBC, later this year.
