It's nothing new for musicians to make demands of concert promoters for unknown reasons, and Liam Gallagher swapping around a headline gig so he wouldn't miss a World Cup fixture isn't any different.

According to Mirror.co.uk, the singer-songwriter was originally lined up to play the Sunday night during the Isle Of Wight festival in the UK - until it was pointed out that this would clash with the 1PM kick-off for England V Panama.

Per the Mirror's sources, Gallagher had the dates swapped with The Killers to accommodate the match fixture to allow him to watch it unhindered by playing a festival gig later that night.

Easy when you're able.
