Lana Del Rey has confirmed that she is being sued by none other than Radiohead for alleged copyright infringement of their song 'Creep'.

News broke over the weekend that the Californian pop star was accused by Thom Yorke and co. of infringing 'Creep' on her song 'Get Free', taken from her most recent album 'Lust for Life', released last year.

Now, Del Rey has taken to Twitter to confirm the rumours  - and also that she had attempted to settle the matter out of court, but the band 'will only accept 100%' of the publishing.

Radiohead have yet to comment on the matter officially but it looks like we'll be hearing a lot more of this story when it does go to court.
