Lamb of God frontman detained in manslaughter charges
Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe has been arrested and charged with manslaughter due to an incident which took place at a show the band played in Prague in 2010. According to reports coming from the Czech Republic, a fan invaded the stage during the band's set and entered into a tussle with the singer. The fan was injured in the incident and later died, reportedly due to injuries sustained on the stage. Czech authorities are alleging that Blythe is responsible for the fan's death.
A spokesperson for the band stated that the singer has been "wrongfully accused" and claimed the Blythe will be fully exonerated.
Lamb of God were forced to cancel a scheduled gig for June 28th due to the charges.
