The ongoing saga of Dr. Luke holding the metaphorical reins of Kesha's career continues.

The other day, it was revealed that the producer's label Kemosabe Records had nixed Kesha's plans to perform as part of a Bob Dylan tribute at this weekend's Billboard Music Awards in LA. The singer wrote of her disappointment on Instagram, saying that she had never intended to use the performance as a platform to talk about their legal battle.

Now, Kemosabe Records have issued a statement saying that they had agreed to allow her to partake in the performance.

They told Us Weekly:

“Kesha’s performance on the Billboard Music Awards was always approved, in good faith. Approval was only suspended when Kemosabe learned Kesha was to use the performance as a platform to discuss the litigation. Now that Kemosabe has obtained assurances that it is relying upon from Kesha, her representatives and Dick Clark Productions that neither Kesha nor her supporters will use the performance as such a platform, the approval has been restored.”
