Jarvis Cocker Works with Wes Anderson 18 July 2008

Jarvis Cocker is reportedly working on the score to the new Wes Anderson film, an animated adaptation of Roald Dahl's children's book 'Fantastic Mr. Fox'.

Cocker revealed in an interview with Time Out Chicago that he had written "three, four songs, and some of that might become bits of the score" for the film.

He'll also be finishing his second solo album, which is due out later this year. 'Fantastic Mr. Fox', which stars the voice of George Clooney as the title character, is scheduled for released in 2009.
