Irish fans of slacker indie-rock, rejoice - Grandaddy are playing Dublin this summer.

The Jason Lytle-led band last played Ireland at Electric Picnic in 2012, after they had reformed. Their last album was 2006's 'Just Like the Fambly Cat' but they are reportedly working on a new album that may make its way into the world by the time they play Vicar Street on August 18th.

Tickets are €31.50 including booking fee, and on sale from usual outlets this Friday, May 20th at 9am.
