Girls Aloud announce two Irish dates
Girls Aloud will play The O2 in Dublin on March 16th next, it has just been confirmed at a press conference in London. The gals have just announced a series of comeback dates, as well as a greatest hits album which will contain four brand new tracks. They will also play the Odyssey in Belfast on March 13th. Tickets for the shows will go on sale at 9am on Friday 26th October. The prices are €44.05 and £38 respectively.
The new Girls Aloud single - 'Something New' - is set for a 18th November release date and will be the official single for BBC Children In Need 2012. The girls will perform the single for the first time in the Children In Need show on 16th November.
Ten, the Girls Aloud greatest hits album, will hit the shelves on 23rd November.
Meanwhile, it has emerged that Girls Aloud have been the biggest selling female group of the 21st century. Over the past ten years the band have sold an astonishing 4.3 singles. Not bad for a band formed on a reality show!
