Gig Announcements: Trinity Ball, Michael Buble, Delphic, DJ Yoda, Jerry Fish
22 February 2010Following his performance at Friday night's Meteor Awards, Dizzee Rascal is to headline the Trinity Ball in 2010. This year's ball will take place on April 16th with performances across five stages from Mystery Jets, Mr. Hudson, Uffie, Digitalism, Example, Jape, Ou Est Le Swimming Pool, Jesse Rose, Louis La Roche, Japanese Popstars, Fred Falke, Delorentos, The Law, Darwin Deez, Planet Parade, Replicatorrs, Definitely Mightbe, Adored, Police Force, Bitches With Wolves and War Stage, as well as Dizzee himself. Trinity students can purchase tickets from www.trinityball.ie priced €78 each.
Having been named Best International Male Artist at Friday's Meteor Awards, Michael Buble has announced that he will play Dublin's new Aviva Stadium on Friday September 24th. The fully seated concert will be the first to take place in the new stadium, formerly Lansdowne Road. Tickets priced €65.70 go on sale this Friday February 26th at 9am.
Hyped Manchester electro-indie trio Delphic will play The Academy, Dublin, on May 6th. Ticket details to follow.
DJ Yoda is set to play a full AV show at Belfast's Spring and Airbrake on Easter Monday, April 5th. Tickets priced £14.50 are on sale now.
Jerry Fish and the Mudbug Club will play Vicar St on Friday May 7th. Tickets priced €25 go on sale this Thursday February 25th at 9am.
