We have some great gig announcements to brighten up your Monday. Up first is global superstar Katy Perry who will be bringing her Prismatic tour To Belfast's Odyssey Arena on 7th May. The tour will see the singer tour the world in support of her latest album Prism. Tickets for this gig go on sale this Friday 22nd November.

Following a triumphant UK and European arena tour in 2012,one of the most ground-breaking tours of all time, Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of The Worlds is to return for the sixth and final time in 2014, including a date in Dublin on the 27th November in The O2. The hugely popular show stars our very own Bryan McFadden alongside Jason Donovan and Les Miserables Carrie Hope Fletcher. Tickets go on sale on Friday 22nd November 2013 at 9am priced from €34.00 incl. booking fee.

Other gigs taking place include St. Vincent who have just revealed dates for their European Winter Tour. The New York based artist and her band will commence the seven date run at Berlin’s Postbahnhof on the 13th February, concluding at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin on the 22nd February. Tickets €25 incl. booking fee are on sale this Thursday at 9am. Mercury Music Prize nominated Metronomy have also announced they will play the Olympia Theatre on the 12th of March. Tickets for which will also go on sale this Friday 22nd November at 9am.

And news just in. One of Ireland's hottest acts Ham Sandwich have just confirmed they will play the Olympia Theatre next year. The Kells band who performed a great set supporting Mumford and sons during the summer will return on Saturday 19th April. A show not to be missed. Tickets from €20 incl. booking fee go on sale this Friday at 10am.
