Several gig announcements have been made over the Bank Holiday weekend.

The Walkmen, accompanied by support Wild Nothing, will play Vicar Street on October 29th. Tickets are going on sale this Friday and will cost you €26.

Nine-time Grammy Award winner Norah Jones will make her return to Dublin on 7th September when she plays the Bord Gais Energy Theatre. You can purchase tickets from this Friday for a price of €49.65. Be swift though, these tickets will sell out quicksmart.

Laura Sheeran, cousin of Brit-pop chart topper Ed, will continue her ascent at Whelan's on Saturday May 19th. Tickets on sale now from WAV.

The Waterboys, along with The Unthanks and Katie Kim, are to play the idyllic scenes of the Iveagh Gardens on Friday 20th July. Attending will set you back €44.
