Eminem subject of $9m lawsuit from homeless man

03 February 2012

Eminem is the subject of a $9 million lawsuit from a homeless man over a car advertisement that the rapper filmed for Chrysler.

Stephen Lee Pieck, who listed his address as homeless, begun lawsuit proceedings earlier this year in New York and said that he was having dinner with Christina Aguilera in New York on September 9th 2010 when she called Eminem. Pieck then claims that he told Eminem the concept for the Chrysler 'Born of Fire' commercial.

Allhiphop.com claim that Pieck wrote in his lawsuit that he received "no compensation in monetary terms for the work I did."

Riiiiiiight.
