She may be one of the most popular singers in music today but Beyonce certainly hasn't forgotten her roots and has confirmed that brand new Destiny's Child material will be released later this month.

The singer made an announcement on her Facebook page yesterday saying: "I am so proud to announce the first original Destiny's Child music in eight years!"

The new song, 'Nuclear', was produced by Pharrell and recorded by Beyonce and her Destiny's Child colleagues Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland and will appear on a brand new compilation called Love Songs.

Don't expect this to be a regular occurrence, though, as Beyonce is still firmly committed to her successful solo career. Williams and Rowland haven't had as productive a time since the band split and will no doubt welcome this return to the limelight, however temporary it may be.
