Alright, so your heart probably skipped a beat when you read that headline - as ours did when we first saw the press release. Sorry about that.

David Bowie is not playing Dublin in 2015 (that we know of), but former members of his highly-respected band from the late '60s/early '70s will play the Olympia Theatre on June 24th.

Holy Holy - aka uber-respected producer Tony Visconti (bass) and Woody Woodmansey (drums)  - will perform Bowie's seminal 1970 album 'The Man Who Sold the World' in full, along with another set of Bowie classics from 1969 - 1973. Glenn Gregory of Heaven 17 will provide the vocals.

Tickets are on sale now from usual outlets.
