Coyle Solo Album Set For Spring Release

Coyle Solo Album Set For Spring Release

15 December 2009

Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle hopes to have her debut solo album in shops by next Spring. She is currently writing new songs for the album, and spoke to The Star about the process:

"I've been writing my own songs. It's been an incredible experience ... I wrote nearly all the songs myself. It's quite embarrassing when you start songwriting because you are opening yourself up, I think people are going to like the album though."

Coyle recently moved to L.A. permanently, and has been working on her solo material while Girls Aloud take a year long break.

She admits, "I doubt it will be as big as Girls Aloud because we had to work so long and so hard to get to that level. I'll just be happy to get the album out there and have it in the shops. After that, who knows?"
