Chic confirmed for Galways Arts Festival

Chic have been confirmed to appear at the Galway Arts Festival. The disco funkers, who will be headed by Nile Rodgers, will play the festival which takes place from July 16th to 29th. The band had previously been forced to withdraw from the Westport Festival of Music and Performing Arts

Already announced as performing at the festival are James Vincent McMorrow, Lisa Hannigan, The Coronas and more.

Tickets for the shows, priced at €35, are on sale from 9am on May 4th. More information from www.galwayartsfestival.com
