Calvin Harris wants to work with Emeli Sande
Calvin Harris has expressed his hopes of a collaboration with Emeli Sande. Harris who recently topped the charts with his latest album '18 months', revealed that the pair have discussed hooking up for a potential duet.
The DJ said 'Number one on my wish-list is her. She's great, I've been a fan since her first single and I've been pursuing her, in the nicest way possible. We met up and she seems up for it, so I hope that happens.'
The singer has also revealed that she would be interested in dueting with the Scottish DJ but only if she can fit it into her schedule. Sande's career has gone from strength to strength in the last year with a triumphant performance at the London Olympics and her latest single with Labrinth 'Beneath Your Beautiful' going straight to the top of the charts. It appears everyone wants a piece of her, even Jay Z, who recently spoke out saying he thought Sande was going to be huge in the US and even hinted at her doing a duet with Beyonce. He said 'I read it's her dream to work with Bey and all I can say is you never know'.
