Blur announce festival appearance

Blur have announced that they will play at Sweden's Way Out West festival. The band, who were honoured at last night's Brit Awards for their Outstanding Contribution to Music, will play headline the festival which takes place between August 9-11.

Damon Albarn and co. have previously announced that they will play a special date in London's Hyde Park to celebrate the end of the Olympics this summer on August 12th. 

Other names on the Way Out West bill include Florence + The Machine and The Black Keys.
