The fan who invaded the stage at Beyoncé and Jay Z's concert in Atlanta, Georgia now faces charges of "simple battery" as well as "disorderly conduct".
26-year-old Anthony Charles Thomas Maxwell jumped onto the stage at the end of the concert and was tackled by dancers and security just as he made it as far as Jay Z as the couple were walking off stage.
Shortly after the incident, Beyoncé’s publicist Yvette Noel-Schure confirmed that they were fine.
