Might the Canadian actor be better advised sticking to his day job? Listen below and make your own mind up.

Michael Cera has never hidden his fondness for music. In fact, Cera told me as much when I interviewed him in Dublin several years ago. The actor, in town to promote his movie Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, recalled a tale about how days prior he had jammed the entirety of the Weezer album 'Pinkerton' with Jason Schwartzman on drums and Cera's dad on vocals.

Cera also briefly sang on the soundtrack to 'Juno', provided a small measure of backing vocals to Weezer's 'Hurley' album and helped in the assembly of the soundtrack to another movie he was in, 'Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist'. Oh, and there's also this amazing clip from 'Superbad'.

So he likes music. We get it. So do I but I'm I don't think I'll be going to release an album anytime soon. Then again, I'm not Michael Cera.

Jonah Hill tweeted out a link yesterday to Cera's debut album, apparently called 'True That'. And, all jokes aside, doesn't seem to be terrible.
