With Adele's new album '25' being released this Friday, there has been plenty of buzz and rumours doing the rounds - that she snubbed Damon Albarn and Phil Collins, and most notably that the Londoner turned down a duet with Beyoncé for the album.

However, she has cleared up the latter during an hour-long interview with Zane Lowe on his Beats 1 radio show, due to air in full tonight.

"There is a rumour going around that I turned Beyoncé down," she said. "Just to clear up, I would never be so disrespectful. I would never disrespect her like that. I'm such a fan, oh my god!"

Later in the interview, when she is asked about her favourite musicians at the moment, she named Alabama Shakes and Lana Del Rey, adding "Obviously, Queen Bey to the day I die."

So, there you have it. Could it happen at some point in the future? Stranger things have happened...
