Italian pianist and composer Ludovico Einaudi, whose work has scored many soundtracks and has been compared to everything from 'Radiohead without the vocals' and 'a pianist with rock god tendencies', has just announced an Irish date next summer.

The classical minimalist composer will play Dublin's 3Arena on July 15th, where he and his band will perform a selection of pieces from his new album Elements, as well as a number of compositions from his illustrious back catalogue.

Tickets are from €50 including booking fee, and on sale from usual outlets next Wednesday, November 30th at 9am.
