Whelan's Celebrate 20th Birthday Tonight

Whelan's have been celebrating their 20th anniversary all year. They've had Mundy, Delorentos, Allen Toussaint, Kinky Friedman, David Gray, Lisa Hannigan, The Enemy, The Wombats, The Undertones, Hot Rats, Emmet Tinley, Mark Geary, Josh Ritter, David O’Doherty, Fionn Regan & Damien Dempsey all in to play special anniversary gigs.
Tonight is the final celebration, as it was 20 years ago today that the renowned Wexford St venue came into being. David Kitt, Gemma Hayes, Paddy Casey, Ham Sandwich, The Fall and Juliette Aherne are among the acts that will play at the intimate and exclusive gig celebrating 20 years of one of the best venues in Dublin.
