Killers Release Charity Christmas Single
The Killers have released a Christmas single in support of World AIDS Day, and they've done it Mexican stylee. This will be The Killers' fourth Christmas single for the (RED) charity, and the Las Vegas rockers will donate all proceeds to the Global Fund to fight AIDS in Africa.
'Happy Birthday Guadalupe' was released yesterday (December 1st) and comes complete with Mariachi trumpets, Spanish guitar and guest appearances from Wild Light and Mariachi El Bronx.
Frontman Brandon Flowers said, "We're thrilled to be releasing our fourth Christmas song with (RED) ... (RED), through the Global Fund programmes it supports, has made great strides in providing care to those affected by AIDS throughout Africa, and it's our honour to continue to contribute to that cause."
