In this feature length documentary showing that the disaster could have been prevented, Harry Shearer speaks to investigators, an Army- Corps Engineer and local residents. Meanwhile, John Goodman lends a hand to host some short segments. The Big Uneasy shows never seen before footage of the moment when New Orleans began to flood and the investigation that followed.
