Daniel (Naceri) is a shit-hot taxi driver who thinks the speed limit is for skateboarders. Emilien (Deifenthal) is an inept cop who wants to jail the German Mercedes Bank Robbers. The unlikely duo team up with predictable results - Luc Besson is always more concerned with style than substance and shows far more interest in the car-chases than any of the characters.
