FBI agent Lawrence sets up a stakeout to protect an escaped convict's old flame only to find that the fulcrum of the stakeout - Big Momma - has left town. And so Lawrence puts on a dress, cooks soul food and - naturally - falls for the convict's old flame. Isn't it a little soon for a Mrs Doubtfire remake?
