  Live action is the way to go. Look at the massive success of The Flintstones movie and Scooby Doo, Top Cat being from the same creators could've had the same thing. I'm thinking Garfield...

  Amy Farrah Fowler from 'Big Bang Theory' once said "cats are the epitome of indifference". She couldn't have been more wrong, as far as Top Cat's concerned anyway! This fluffy film follows alleycats from Manhattan fighting against evil, old school- style. The good is Top Cat and his cheeky clouter of cats, chancing their paws and loving every minute of it. The bad is Strickland: a creepy aul crook with an eye for his face and his funding. The ugly: non-existent. This flick's a lovely way to spend an afternoon. The mixture of old and new was perfect, reminding us of the past and maybe warning us about the future. It's fun for kids, the action is reminiscent of the Marx bros. and there are some truly hilarious voices.Also for the adults, there are cute cultural references to keep you chuckling.The film runs for 1hr 30mins: a fun-filled breeze. Sure give it a go. Preferably Sundays!
