  Saw it last night at a preview screening, and I have to say I was very impressed! It could never reproduce the shock factor of the first installment, as with any sequel the viewers already familiar with the core concept, so an element of surprise is somewhat taken away! but it certainly helped me revisit that paralysed feeling of being horrifed! The movie delivers and stays true to the vein of the found fottage approach, regardless of the hollywood budget attached! Unlike the momentum of the first movie where the ferocity of the supernatural events unfolds in more flowing progressing manner, PA2 lures you in, slowly building tension, subtley introducing the entity and then its BOOM! scare after scare! and it was f**king good!!!! Love the kitchen scene in the middle of the day! you'll see muh ha ha!!!!!

  Loved the first one and loved the second even more. I was surprised how much of the film required you to see the first installment, I had to explain quite a bit to my friend that went over his head because he hadn't seen the original. A nice slow build up and some fantastic scares (the best of which occurring in broad daylight) made this one hell of a movie. Its not even a criticism, but I think it should be noted that half the things in the trailers and TV Spots didn't make it into the final cut.

  hats off...a sequel that manages to live up to the first film...saw this last nite and was very impressed...a film that i actually got scared in, slow to start off but once the jumps start happening they get worse and worse...well happy with and with halloween here...a perfect flick to scare the crap out of ya, recommend it!!

  i personally liked this part better then the first one. but i found the ending stupid making no sense at all. you'll understand once you see it part 1 and part 2 have two different endings.

  I'm going to say it is better than the first for two reasons. One, the plot makes more sense (though I didn't think the ending was as strong as it could have been), and there were definitely more scares. I screamed like a baby in one daytime scene in particular. Couldn't help it; slipped right out. My poor boyfriend is deaf now.

  I wana go see this film ... but i dont like scary movies and was 2 afraid 2 go see part 1 ... ino that sounds stupid from a 14year old but shuld i go see it.... any advise? :P x

  I thought the film was fantastic. I would not be mad into horror movies but went along cos my friend said it was good. It was better than that! The build up night by night was unbelievably tense and the we got a good few scares before it was all over. One bang when all the kitchen drawers opened caused my friend to knock over all the pop corn which was funny.... but left me hungry. A must see!!!
