Playing: Le HavreThis is a , lovely, whimsical film, dealing with a dark subject in a seemingly-lighthearted way. It wallows in its 70s atmosphere and references (reminded me of every Bresson film I have ever seen) and left the audience of which I was a member leaving the cinema with a little smile on their lips. So why, therefore, only two stars when the review itself was overall as positive as mine? Surely three or maybe even three-and-a-half would be fairer?
