Here's an interesting video about what happens if someone gets into bother in a crowded area.
One video was set up in St. Petersburg, Russia and the other in Miami, Florida. We won't say who did what, but it should be pointed out that Russia has a history of insurance frauds and people suing bystanders for getting involved, so y'know, maybe that contributed to it. Or not, who knows.
