In case you didn't know, that up there is Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott, who, thanks to his profound ability to offend people from every walk of life both in and outside of his country found himself on the receiving end of John Oliver's wrath in his latest 'Other Countries' President of the United States'.
You'd think that being the leader of a country in the free world would mean that you're a well-rounded and media savvy individual. Think again. Abbott has managed to insult just about everyone throughout his time as PM, and unluckily for him, it's all been caught on camera, ripe for Oliver to whip it together in one pretty damning video.
