Taoiseach Enda Kenny took some time out to record a message to the people of Ireland to wish them a happy Christmas in the run up to the big day.
In his message, he talks about those who cannot be with us for one reason or another, and that while Skype and the like are great advances that bring us closer to those who are now living abroad, they are no substitute for the real deal of face to face contact, so they're working hard to get more jobs here so those people can come back home.
