So you've got $48 million to spare and you're not sure what to do with it? Well have we got good news for you...

Sure, you could really help out a large swathe of humanity with some charitable donation or other, but wouldn't you rather have *TV presenter voice* a brrraaaannd neeewww hoooouse? Well not a proper house, but it is a penthouse, so we're not completely lying.

This swanky pad that once belonged to a Saudi Prince is up for sale in New York and features not one, not two, but three bullet-proof panic rooms for your safety and pleasure. There's also a ventilated cigar room, a hair salon, and a marble jacuzzi that overlooks the Hudson River. It's only got four bedrooms, which is paltry in comparison to its ten bathrooms, but at least you'd never be caught short.

The triplex apartment also has a sushi island, which we presume has one of those things that the sushi goes around on in restaurants so you can finally get your breakfast on a conveyor belt, and a billiards room. We know what you're about to ask and yes, there is a fresh saltwater aquarium in said billiards room. Just keep the fish separate from the pool. That's one of ours, but feel free to use it if you buy this place.

The house/apartment/ridiculous homage to opulence used to belong to Prince Nawaf bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and is listed for a mere $48.5 million, so...eh, do whatever you want with that information. We're off to eat a dry Pot Noodle. Water charges, man.
