We'll be trying this tonight without a shadow of a doubt.

Making your own pizza from scratch takes a little bit more time, but it definitely tastes a whole lot better when you craft it all yourself and get to pick and choose the ingredients you want to use.

For a lot of people, having to knead the dough and make a proper base is what puts them off, but one culinary genius has come up with a shortcut that manages to save you time, turns it into a hip new fusion food and makes the base even more delicious. Now, normally don't approve of the stuffed crust variety of pizza, we whole heartedly endorse this version: the pizzadilla.

Taking two flour tortillas, you cover one with pizza sauce and cheese, and then place it in a frying pan. Add another tortilla on top.

At this point, it's necessary to flip the pizzadilla to cook it on both sides.

Add the rest of your toppings.

Bake it in the oven for a few minutes at 400&def;F/200°C/Gas mark 6 until the cheese melts. Pop it out of the oven and let it cool.

And finally, stuff your face.
